Why work with Suffolk Serenity Living Ltd?
At Suffolk Serenity Living, we create care home communities where our residents, families and care teams enjoy being part of an extended happy family environment. We transform our care environments into welcoming and vibrant places of joy and belonging where the quality of life and wellbeing is high, and every day is meaningful for all.
We operate several locations across the region, caring for adults with a range of needs including dementia, physical disabilities and age-related conditions.
Rewarded for caring
There is a myth about low pay and benefits for care work which puts off many people. Yes, the hours can be long. Yes, the days are structured in shifts. Yes, there are joyful times and not so joyful times each day when you care for people.
At Suffolk Serenity Living, we are committed to paying our care teams at least the National Living Wage and offering, where possible, a flexible hours working pattern. You will be employed directly by us which means that you will receive holiday entitlements and pension contributions.
The care hours you work for us are flexible giving you time to study, have another part‑time role or look after children and family.

Learning, earning & training
Suffolk Serenity Living offers a wide range of learning and development opportunities. We always encourage all our people to develop their knowledge and skills.
Every new member of our care teams receives a full induction when they join Suffolk Serenity Living. Our induction provides you with a good understanding of how we provide great care, our values, our processes and our high standards.
Working in care offers many opportunities for a career. Most people who join the care sector do not have an existing qualification in care and learn as they work supported by skills and development training.
